Jethro is a small-build crossbreed with very specific markings:
- Color: Mostly white body with a distinctive brown patch on his back.
- Face: Brown face with white markings around his nose.
- Tail: Medium-length, bushy white tail.
- Identifying Marks: Unneutered male. Please note he was not wearing a collar and is not microchipped.

Jethro is extremely skittish and nervous. If you spot him, PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH, CHASE, OR CALL OUT TO HIM. This will likely scare him and cause him to run into dangerous areas or traffic.
