Circumstances: Teenie was let out for her evening potty break before bed when she became scared by fireworks and ran off. She is new to the area, having lived with her owner’s family for less than a month, and is understandably disoriented. This is an especially difficult time, as Teenie belonged to the owner’s recently passed father.
